Description
Inspired by the legendary Chola bronzes of the 11th century, this Nataraja design captures Shiva’s Ananda Tandava – the dance that creates, sustains, and transforms the universe.
Every detail is fully intact and solid — the tall mukuta crown with unbroken crescent, the detailed damaru drum and Agni flame in upper hands, the abhaya and gaja-hasta mudras, the flowing jata and sacred thread, and the complete circular prabha mandala with 28 fire flames. No chipped edges, no voids, no perforations. A true temple sculpture built to last on fabric.
The base shows Apasmara underfoot – the triumph of knowledge over ignorance – carved on a solid two-tier pedestal.
